Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
❌ No Refunds
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. This is because digital products cannot be returned.
✅ Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
You were charged multiple times for the same product
You received the wrong product due to a technical issue
The product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.
